A long crack had opened in the textured render beside a window. Dirt and lichen had settled along the split, and moss had colonised the mouth of the downpipe next to it, so the pipe head was not running clear.

Outcome
The after photograph is taken from the same position as the before: same window reveal, same swan-neck offset on the pipe, and no trace of the crack.
