Pressure Washing

Luxury Development Pressure Washing

Rooftop parapet, terraces and colonnade washed down top to bottom over successive days, working around a live BMU and a planted sedum roof.

Project context

Building described without naming the client. Phased across successive days around a live BMU and sedum roof.

Rooftop parapet mid-clean, half still black with dirt and half washed back to white

Challenge

The development needed its external envelope washed from the rooftop parapet down to the granite terraces at street level. The exposed face of the parapet had gone black with accumulated dirt and the granite paving green with algae.

What was carried out

We worked over successive days, section by section, around the building's BMU and its planted sedum roof. Pressure washing covered the full rooftop parapet, the granite terraces, the colonnade passage and the lower courtyard paving.

Outcome

The parapet came back to white and the granite back to clean, algae-free stone across every level, phased so only one section was out of use at a time.
