Project context
Building described without naming the client. Maintenance-grade sealing only, with no conservation work, lime mortar or stone repair.

A hidden parapet gutter on a period building was holding standing water behind the stone coping, with moss spreading across the lead and asphalt lining.
Over three visits we cleared the moss and silt by hand on rope access, let the lining dry out, torched the joints dry ahead of sealing, then applied new sealant to the horizontal gutter joint and the vertical parapet joints.
The gutter was left cleared back to its lining with the joints freshly sealed, and the client has photographs of every stage.
